NAISSANCE de PORT GRIMAUD :
« On dit toujours qu’on accomplit à l’âge mur ce qu’on a rêvé enfant. Ca doit être vrai. Car trois images m’ont conduit à la création de Port Grimaud :
D’abord la maquette de cette cité lacustre préhistorique souvent visitée enfant au musée de Zurich.
Ensuite Venise, découverte à 40 ans et qui est pour moi le symbole de la mer apprivoisée.
Enfin tous ces ports méditerranéens où j’ai ancré mon bateau avec mes copains. En accostant, je me demandais toujours pourquoi ces escales en Grèce, en Espagne ou en Turquie étaient un enchantement alors qu’en France il y en avait si peu, notamment entre Cassis et Saint-Tropez. »
